Job Responsibilities:

• To handle client account opening, input & maintain client information
• To answer customers' enquiries via hotline and email in a professional manner 
• To handle enquiries from Sales teams
• Any other ad hoc projects as assigned

 Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• Holder of SFC License for RA1, holder of RA2 will be an advantage
• Minimum 1 year solid experience in Customer Services, preferably in brokerage or banking industry
• Familiar with securities account opening procedure, knowledge in opening Corporate Account will be an advantage
• Knowledge in mid-office / back office operations
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
• Good telephone manner and patient
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Sr. Customer Services Officer
