Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Manage IT system / business process improvement project
- Facilitate process workshops that involve eliciting process business requirements, documenting the requirements, and liaising with users·
- Participate in various life system projects; ensure the quality and timely delivery of the in-house IT system
- Collect and analyze information from users for preparing user requirements
- Close collaboration with German Headquarter
- Conduct end-user training such as flow chart, department manual and training materials
- Support ad hoc production problems.
Job Requirements
- Degree Holder, preferably with study field related to Degree Holder in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Computer Science or IT or related discipline
- 3 years or above relevant experience in related role preferably gained in sizable organization or MNC
- Solid experience in business process reengineering
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese
- Proficiency in written English and Chinese
- Good computer knowledge
- Self-motivated, handle multi-tasks independently
- A team player with proactive attitude, good interpersonal skills and strong analytical mind
