* Responsible for opening contact with customers to open futures account;

* Be responsible for document processing and follow-up of guest files;

* Provide comprehensive and professional support to our clients;

* Handle all kinds of inquiries and complaints, account opening procedures;

* Provide administrative and clerical support to the department;

* Perform account opening and document checking according to internal guidelines and regulatory requirements

* Record and update customer data and other relevant information with proof of evidence 

* Liaise with relevant parties about the clients' account opening issues

* Provide administrative and clerical support to the department and complete others as assigned by superiors

* Candidate with less experiences can be considered as Assistant Officer/ Trainee.

Qualifications and skills

* Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;

* F.5 or above;welcome students who have just graduated to join.

* Customer and sales oriented with strong sense of responsibility

* Knowledge of derivatives markets is an advantage

* PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
