Job Description
Our client, a leading, global Retail & Corporate bank is looking for a 'Deputy Manager, Product and Marketing' for their Retail/Business operations in Hong Kong.(Junior candidates can also be considered for Assistant Manager)
Job Duty:
Product Management:
Handling of products like Business Current Accounts, Remittance, Corporate Internet Banking, Retail Internet Banking, Retail Current Accounts, and Fixed Deposits etc.
System Development:
Drafting of business requirement, flowcharts, preparing the test cases, coordination with IT team, user interface testing, preparing the demo to internal & external stakeholders.
Process Management:
Simplify the process, coordination with stakeholders, drafting the process, taking the approvals from the committee, informing & training the stakeholders.
New product development:
Launch of new products, automation of processes, planning and implementing the strategies to scale up fee income for the branch.
Marketing Management:
Launch of promotional campaign, customer communication, designing of product brochure and leaflets, advertisements, translation in Chinese, website maintenance etc.
Core Responsibility:
- Automation of processes to reduce the manual work in the branch.
- Simplifying the product and processes to enhance customer experience.
- Enhancing the features of corporate/retail internet banking platform.
- Coordination with all the internal & external stakeholders like operations, technology, legal, compliance etc. to roll out the new process or product.
- Reviewing the activities of outsourcing units like fraud monitoring team, business intelligence unit etc. and providing them system access and training.
- Review of fraud monitoring rules enabled on internet banking platforms, handling of audit and compliance related requirements etc.
- Preparing the presentation & MIS for monthly review and senior managements.
- Develop and maintain various marketing concepts, objectives, materials (including forms), advertisements, programs, press releases, and other special events approved by Senior Management
- Work with internal functional departments, business and technology for effective & smooth implementation of advertising, marketing and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the Central Marketing team (based in India) for changes / enhancement to the Bank's website.
- Market survey and competition analysis for new product launch
- Track and maintain the annual marketing budget of the bank.
- Prepare and coordinate for various MIS that may be required by Senior Management
