Responsibilities:

• Handle all classes of General Insurance Claims
• Assist the team to provide quality claims service in accordance with the service standards, procedures and guidelines
• Ensure claims are settled properly and efficiently in compliance with claims guidelines, Group compliance policies and regulatory requirements
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• University graduate in related discipline, with ANZIIF or other profession qualification
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in handling general insurance claims
• Ability to analyze claims trend and natures of risk portfolio
• Strong interpersonal, good communication and problem solving skills to deal with difference levels of personnel & counterparts
• Self-initiative, willing to take up responsibility and capable to work independently
• Able to deliver quality of work with tight schedules and work under pressure
• Well-versed in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• (Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer.)
