The Job:

• Handle SFC/MPFA/CIB licensing matters
• Assist in compliance / AML investigation and related checking, monitoring and review
• Assist in control room compliance
• Provide SFC(Type 1,3,4 and 9) /MPFA/CIB compliance advice to business units
• Draft and review policies & procedures
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by the Manager

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Possession of knowledge/experience in setting up AML compliance program and/or insurance business is preferred
• At least 2 years' relevant experience in financial industry
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is required
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
• Self-initiative, detail-minded and independent  
• Candidate with more solid experience will be considered for the position of  Senior Compliance Officer/Assistant Compliance Manager
