Our client is a Fortune 500 international sourcing office. To cope with their business requirement, they are sincerely inviting seasoned garment technical professional to join them as Technical Design Manager (Garment).

About the ROLE

• Leading a team of Technical Designers and develop their technical skills in terms of garment construction & production, fitting, pattern making, systems, etc.
  
• Work closely with the Headquarters to review Tech Packs
• Identify potential risks and troubleshooting
  
• Support and assist Technical Design Team in the Headquarters in approval of fit, jump size set and pre-production samples
  
• Review incoming samples vs. Tech Packs/Fit Reports
  
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned by the Director

What we look in YOU

• Tertiary education in Textiles/Clothing or related disciplines
• At least 10 years related experience, in which 5 years at managerial level
• Strong technical background, knowledgeable in garment construction, pattern making, fit and manufacturing process
• Hands on fitting and pattern making experience
  
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin preferred
• Willing to travel
