Job summary:

• To assist R&M manager to prepare routine maintenance plan, preventive maintenance plan, preventive maintenance plan, alternation and improvement plans to smooth operation flows for all shops
• To supervise and direct in-house technicians and contractors on implementation of the developed upkeep plans
• Monitor and review subordinates' performance with reporting to R&M manager regularly
• Direct and support the R&M officer and team to carry out all kinds of R&M works with aligning business objectives
• Assist to review and build reports on R&M works to ensure all relevant parties are operating in right tracks
• Immediate attendance and engineering supports are to be provided in emergency situation
• Review and maintain contracting service with clearly define scope of service, and ensure all contracting works are effectively delivered for business units
• Comply with company policy and exercise tendering and contract administration, and enforcement of contracts
• Maintain good communication and relationship with operations to achieve better results
• Conduct periodically survey on service performance with relevant operations partners and develop enhancement plan accordingly

Requirements:

• 8 to 10 years in E&M installation / Repair & Maintenance / A&A Project with at least 3 years' supervisory experience
• Higher Certificate or above in Building Service Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Certificate of Registration of Electrical worker in Grade B or above preferred
• Good communication skills in both Chinese & English
• Attention to detail, team-player and good time management skill
• On-call duty is required
