Job Description

We are looking for high caliber Client Services Officers to work for our upcoming Auctions from 9 May – 30 May 2018.

Job Duties (Duties include but are not limited to the followings):

Handle telephone and walk-in enquiries on Christie’s auctions and services
Channel clients’ specific requests and comments to the relevant departments and/or overseas offices, and follow up wherever appropriate
Liaise with back office staff on client visits to ensure comfortable meeting place is available upon their arrivals
Maintain record of catalogue sales
Provide onsite support at Hong Kong Sales and other special events as and when directed by the Client Services Manager

Requirements:

Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Strong communications and organizational skills
Ability to work independently, effectively in a fast-paced dynamic work environment and within tight deadlines
Degree in Business is preferred

We offer $80/hour and lunch buffet.
