Responsibilities:

• Lead a team with around 10-15 stores in order to achieve sales targets, operation standards and efficient manpower management;
• Managing and ensuring smooth running of all retail stores;
• Execution of independent and effective business strategy through management of the retail chain stores under designated zone;
• Leading, coaching and training all storemanagers and frontline sales staff, ensuring professional customer service in all shops;
• Monitoring product supply, cost and budget control

Requirements

• Higher Diploma holder in business / retail management or related discipline;
• 3 years in supervisory level with similar role, experience in retail chain store management is a must;
• Strong computer skill and knowledge in MS Office (words, excel, powerpoint),
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellence in leadership, communication and analytical skills;
• Service oriented and with passion in retail industry
