Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide technical advise to customers
- Diagnose customers' technical inquiries
- Work with development team to provide solutions
- Coordinate training and system upgrade for customers
Requirements
- Excellent communication skill
- Innovative and analytical problem solving mind set
- Be a good team player and willing to contribute to achieve company goal
- At least 1 years experience in technical support, preferably with telecom operators
- Good understanding of Window server, TCP/IP and MySQL
- Diploma or degree holder in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related disciplines
- Familiar with Smartphone operation preferred
