Job Responsibilities:

• Work with IT team and performs IT support, system administration and information security duties
• Support and maintain the company’s application systems in use
• To collect user requirements and analysis for system development
• Ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction by working closely with colleagues, developers, testers and a variety of end users
• Perform monitoring, troubleshooting and regular administration/ maintenance on systems and network infrastructure (Windows Servers, Virtual Machines, Storages, MS Email/ AD, Backup solutions, and etc.)
• Assist with IT procurement, inventory management and licence renewal activities
• To provide on-site IT support for branches or office
• Provide technical advices, infrastructure support and implementation of application development projects

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree Holder in Computer Science or related disciplines with MCSE/OCP with 3-5 years’ experience in similar capacity
• Experience with VPN gateways, intrusion detection systems, routers, switches, firewalls, network load balancer and wireless access point
• Experience or knowledge in Javascript, PHP, HTML, CSS, VBA, XML, MS SQL, MYSQL, Apache, Webmin
• Knowledge of operations on MS Windows Server 2012 R2/2016, VMware vSphere, LINUX, MS Windows 7/10, MS Office 2013/2016, Office365, Endpoint Protection
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, good team player, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Maintain updated knowledge of new technology
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior System and Network Engineer
