Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for staff from Asia offices who seeking technical assistance over the phone or email 
• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
• Provide accurate information on IT products or services
• Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
• Follow-up and update customer status and information
• Installation/Setup of new- and maintenance of existing Hardware
• Assist our implementation teams in roll-out of new Software (i.e. MS Dynamics 365 & our new Cargo Operations System) 
• Maintenance of LAN and VPN environments
• Maintain and renew Anti-Virus protection and Firewalls
• Support and consult entities in replacing- and/or ordering new hardware based on Group standards and requirements
• Structure, capture and report the IT inventory in the respective region

Requirements

• BSc/BA/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
• Proven experience as the IT support role
• Experience in Project management with ERP system integration will be an advantage
• Tech savvy with working knowledge of Office automation products, SQL databases and remote control
• Dynamics 365 for Operations knowledge would be an advantage
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
• Good communication skills, self-motivated with solution oriented mindset, customer-oriented
