Responsibilities: 

1.       Providing on-site services at branches
2.       Install and configure computer operating systems
3.       Prepare and test on back up and disaster recovery plan
4.       Participate in network upgrade, integration, performance tuning and acceptance
5.       Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisors
6.       Knowledge in MS Windows Server, MS Exchange, Active Directory, VMware will be advantageous

Requirements: 

1.       Higher Diploma/ Diploma holder in Computing Studies or related disciplines
2.       Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in desktop hardware and software maintenance supports, preferably in banking industry
3.       Familiar with PC software and hardware knowledge
4.       Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) is essential;
5.       Good communication skills with ability to work under pressure
6.       Self-motivated and willing to work in a team
