We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Analyst with advanced data visualization skills. The Analyst will play a key role in delivering ELEVATE’s Worker Engagement analysis and data insights, including building the internal Data Insights toolkit and knowledge base, by researching, adapting, and implementing a range of advanced data visualizations to meet client needs and support ELEVATE’s mission. Experience analyzing and presenting large datasets, strong collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment are required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Delivery of Worker Engagement Analysis & Visuals

a) Perform certain data management functions 

b) Manage and update data visuals and affiliated analysis

c) Create data visualizations to provide clients with actionable data they can use to drive
informed ethical sourcing decisions

d) Create or supporting the creation of customized written reports based on clients’ needs

e) Execute on key deliverable processes to support on-time service and delivery

f) Assist in survey design, managing translations, conducting both focus group and user studies, and representing Laborlink on occasional field visits

2. Execution of Laborlink and other Data& Analytics products to ensure high-quality data is captured and reported using best industry practices

a) Analyze survey results to identify factory-level/project-level trends, differences between sub-groups of workers, key drivers, areas of risk, and opportunities for improvement

b) Analyze internal and external data to identify trends and insights in key geographies

c) Presenting or supporting the presentation of survey findings to clients and stakeholders

d) Support the creation of user manuals and best practices for the use of technical products and platforms, and conducting regular quality checks to ensure data entry is standardized across users

e) Immediately available is highly preferred
