Responsibilities:

• Provide front-line application support to internal users and external clients
• Be a consultant and provide remote user support for overseas offices
• Assist development team to organize and execute system integration test
• Perform ad-hoc system administration and operational support duties

​​Requirements

• High diploma in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with web technologies (e.g. HTTP, REST, and JSON) are plus
• Customer management skills; able to determine when to ask more questions and where to look for answers.
• Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn and work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
