They are seeking a talented Project Manager to manage their engineering pipeline and development schedule for both internal and external projects. This role requires a full understanding of the business operation so he/she will be able to optimize the business with technology and innovation. Ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, passion for technology, extensive PHP5/MySQL development experience, and will be able to get up to speed quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely internal members from different teams in capturing their requirement and execute them through internal and external resources

• Enhance and optimize existing systems

• Manage the development schedule and actively participate in product decision, setting hard deadline and push for that

• Oversee the team’s technological status; always look for opportunity in improving team’s overall efficiency with the help of technology

• Understand the business’ needs and quickly develop simple prototype, and then coordinate the resources for implement the function to the system

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline

• 3-5 years+ experience in PHP/LAMP development or technical project management

• Hands on experience in developing CMS or CRM is preferred

• Knowledge in RESTful, Zend, CakePHP, MVC etc will be a plus

• Experience in mobile development will also be an advantage

• Passionate about development, love to challenge others and be challenged

• Love startup and fast-pace environment, eager to adopt new technology

• Enjoy working with top engineers

• Self-starter who can jump in quickly without a lot of direction.
