Responsible for orders checking and input

Send email to customers to inform service ready

Handle and follow up customer and reseller enquiries

Provide training to resellers and onsite training to customers

Outdoor work may be required
Requirements
- Non-degree tertiary, fresh graduate will also be considered

Experience in payment gateway (e.g. WeChat, Alipay) operation is an advantage

Good command of phone manner and customer service skill

Self-initiated and be a good team player

Positive and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

Willing to take shift duties
