Job Description

• Responsible for orders checking and input
• Communicate with service provider on orders status
• Send email to customers to inform service ready
• Handle and follow up customer and reseller enquiries
• Provide training to resellers and onsite training to customers
• Outdoor work may be required

Requirements

• Non-degree tertiary, fresh graduate will also be considered
• Experience in payment gateway (e.g. WeChat, Alipay) operation is an advantage
• Good command of phone manner and customer service skill
• Self-initiated and be a good team player
• Positive and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Willing to take shift duties
