Description
Currently we are looking for Lead Software Engineers (Java/RPA) for our Shenzhen Delivery Center to make our China Robotics Process Automation (RPA) team even stronger.

You will have an opportunity for growth in a new forward-looking and evolving area of Automation Intelligence. AI has been chosen as a strategic area for our company’s development.

Our RPA competency operates with most progressive technologies and provides opportunities to pass the certification, gain knowledge in the domain and develop your own team.

You will be working with various platforms like WorkFusion, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere and different specific – BPM, RPA, ML (Machine Learning), OCR, Chatbots.

Responsibilities
• Facilitating the RPA practice
• Working in close collaboration with end users, business analysts, and project managers located onsite as well as abroad to ensure a clear product vision
• Create and configure business processes, establish dataflow and cover all business requirements in it
• Design business logic intended to be used in single machine/human task
• Distribute tasks within team of RPA Implementers
• Leading team during development life cycle, task breakdown, distribution and controlling
• Status reporting

Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience working as a Java or Groovy developer with strong knowledge of Java Core
• Good understanding of algorithm
• Experience in architecture of automated solutions/Continuous Delivery
• Web services (RESTful, SOAP) development experience
• High level of SQL knowledge
• XML/XSL/XPath, regular expressions
• JavaScript, JSON, JQuery
• Working in fast changing / agile environment
• Unafraid of raising issues and driving for changes
• Desire to learn new things and face existing challenges
• Good command of English and good communication skills
