Responsibilities:

• Assist senior management in formulating and planning innovative products to achieve business targets and improve customer experience
• Understand the market trends and availability of new technology, conduct market analysis and propose enhancement recommendations for management's decision
• To develop plan, organize activities and manage resources to successfully accomplish IT projects on schedules and deadlines
• To facilitate technical teams on requirement gathering, design, development, UAT and deployment during project lifecycle
• Monitor the operation & delivery of IT projects, including launch, review, enhancements, and contingency management
• To lead project teams to accomplish project goals in terms of timelines, budget and service quality, achieving customer satisfaction & continuous improvement
• To coordinate with all project stakeholders including internal parties, customers, vendor and subcontractor to ensure smooth project implementation
  
  

Requirements:

• University graduate in IT, Computer Science or equivalent with minimum 5+ years on IT project management experiences & IT application exposures
• Related professional certification (eg. PMP, ITIL) will be an advantage
• Proficient in one or more of the following fields - project management, feasibility/technical studies, systems analysis and design, application programming, operations management,
• System programming (eg. ASP, C#, .Net, SQL, Informix, Java, Objective C, HTML)
• Infrastructure Exposures eg. Windows, HP/IBM servers, Cisco CCNP or CCIE, Firewall, ISE, Routing & Switching, VOIP/Wi-Fi system; RDMS (SQL, Oracle, DB2,etc)
• Familiar in System Software eg. Sharepoint, Cluster, AIX, HP-UX, Linux, CICS, VMware, Citrix
• Strong team leadership, budgeting & people resources planning, project management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of English and Chinese including Putonghua.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered senior positions
