Responsibilities:

• žSupport the IT infrastructure both in cloud and on-premises
• Implement and maintain a secure operating environment
• Work collaboratively with teams, vendors and users to deliver assigned projects and tasks on schedule and to run daily operations smoothly
• Perform routine administration tasks and services
• Source and support of purchase requests and maintain contracts for procurement and IT services
• Provide after-office-hour standby/ emergency support duties as and when required

Requirement:

• At least 5 years working experience in IT technical support at a sizable organization
• Degree holder in Computing Science or related disciplines
• Experience in supporting an infrastructure built on Windows platform and HPE storage system as well as management of Information Security, firewall appliances and VPNs
• Experience in deploying public cloud (Windows Azure/ HKT Enterprise Cloud) services
• Familiarity with LAN/WAN/WiFi architecture, switching and routing run on Cisco platform
• Proficiency in documenting systems
• Knowledge in HPE storage products would be an advantage
• A good team player, detail-oriented, self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Successful candidate with more relevant experience may be offered the position of “Senior IT Support Officer”
