Our client is a steadily growing US buying office with stable working environment. They are now seeking experienced social compliance professionals to join them as Social Compliance Specialist.

About the ROLE:

• Actively participate in vendor selection process
  
• Ensure vendors act in accordance with Supplier Code of Conduct
  
• Support and monitor social audit execution with third party auditors
• Review third party social audit reports and escalate possible non-compliance findings
• Escalate non-compliance issues and work with stakeholders to ensure corrective action plans are developed and executed
• Maintain social compliance records including corrective action plans and audit schedules

 What we look in YOU:

• Degree holder highly preferred
• Minimum 4 years related experience in sizeable buying/trading offices
• Familiar with International social compliance programs and audit protocols (ICTI, BSCI, SA8000, WRAP, SEDEX)
• In depth understanding of social compliance challenges across different Asian countries, including China and offshore countries
  
• Experience working in a matrix reporting structure preferred
