Responsibilities:

• Source the right suppliers/factories in Asian production market
• Process product inquiries, price quotation, bench-marking and negotiation
• Samples handling, product development and evaluation in a timely manner
• Sample logging, packing and delivery arrangement
• Liaise with European buyers and lead the buying trips
• Communicate with suppliers in ensuring their understanding and meeting with our requirement
• Comply work according to social compliance and quality assurance policies
• Secure and efficient order follow up process
• Take care of contracts that are relevant to the orders

Requirements:

• Diploma or above graduate or (graduated in Sourcing/ Procurement or related disciple will be an advantage)
• At least 3-5 years solid merchandising experience in Home Office /Stationery in European trading, sourcing or buying office is preferable
• Sound product knowledge and familiar with European market and testing standards
• Team Player and able to work independently
• Accurate and attention to details
• Structured and analytical with good problem-solving skills;
• Strong negotiation skills;
• Good project management skills, able to meet deadlines;
• Excellent of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in PC skills such as MS Office, experience in CBX/SAP System would be a plus
• Willing to travel to China, South and Southeast Asia
• Immediate available is highly preferred
