Key Responsibilities

• Perform audits and draft audit reports. Schedule and ensure timely completion of compliance audits, review and track audit results.
• Develop feasible and sustainable Corrective Action Plans (CAP) with vendors / factories
• Follow up and monitor factory improvement on any identified non-compliance issues
• Assist in QA functions including sample inspection, risk assessment, quality preventation  
• Administer approval process for new factories
• Work closely with agents, vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with the Code of Vendor Conduct
• Provide advice and training to vendors / factories
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements

• Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of work and experience
• Min 8 years of solid apparel compliance function in manufacturing with at least 3 years in supervisory level in sizable companies
• Knowledge of manufacturing, quality control and planning processes.
• Strong understanding in social compliance standard / international compliance standard requirement, C-TPAT requirements and performance and safety testing standards 
• Process driven with strong analytical skill
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to interact with all levels
• Fluency in both written and oral English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Willing to travel to mainland China and overseas
