Responsibilities:

• Review current standards and policies to ensure all ethical, legal and industry requirements are met across Asia
• Ensure all legal and ethical standards are met by vendors
• Liaise with regional teams, vendors and factories on local regulatory and compliance issues
• Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues
• Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
• Report all malfunctions to vendors to ensure immediate action
• Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated, preferably with quality system, production operation or relevant professional qualification
• At least 2 years relevant experience in QA, preferably in Toys business
• 1 to 2 years solid experiences in implementation of ISO 9001 and factory audit
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access and Chinese & English word processing
• Experience in factory audit will be an advantage
