Roles:

• To manage the bulk production time line (including Order sheet issue and Order tracking operation) of both apparel and accessories
• Able to communicate accurately and effectively between factories and Japan headquarter as well as overseas sales subsidiaries
• Review cost sheets and conduct initial negotiations with vendors and check the accuracy of costs within the cost sheets
• Tech pack download and handover to vendors on production follow up
• To work closely with Operation Support team to ensure timely delivery for bulk production
• To work closely with QC team to settle bulk production quality problems

Requirement:

• Diploma Holder in Merchandising, Garments or Textile.  
• 5-8 years’ experience in garment development, production control and quality control.  
• Good in English and Mandarin in both oral and written communication.
• Independent, detail-minded, proactive, stable with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Contract period: Jun - Aug 2018 (3 months)
