Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Supervising Account Executive Team on daily operation
- Plans, prepares, and devises work schedules, according to workflow and workloads
- Develops and improves systematic workflows and work procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the team
- Reviews and checks work of subordinates such as reports, records, and applications for accuracy and content, and corrects errors
- Prepares, maintains and submits reports and records
- Manages and supervises projects
- Regular visit to corporate clients to review service performance of team and explore new business opportunities
Job Requirements
- Minimum BA degree in a business discipline or equivalent.
- With over 5 years relevant experience in trading, packaging and printing experience
- Well organized, accountable, Perfect Customer Service Mindset, self-motivated and sales-oriented
- Strong numerical, analytical and interpretive skills
- Good Command of English and Cantonese; Ability to speak Putonghua is a plus
- Occasionally travel to China
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Applicant will more experience will be considered with a Supervisor
