Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the merchandising team in proactive handling of customer purchase orders, order processing,
- Assist the shipping team by arranging shipment delivery and relevant documents for Import/Export declarations
- Coordinate with internal departments and clients on order requirements, delivery deadlines, and production status
Requirements:
- F.6 or Above
- At least 4 years of working experience in merchandising
- Previous experience in garments or trims is highly advantageous
- Team oriented with strong communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Highly proactive and assertive with a strong sense of ownership on tasks undertaken
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin is advantageous
Salary:
Salary Range: HKD 14,000 - 17,000
Salary will be appropriately adjusted based on work experience.
Working Arrangement:
Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
7 Annual Leaves + Bank Holiday
