To meet with local and international business needs, a reputable property firm with investment overseas, is seeking for a high calibre Corporate Affairs professional to head up the team. 

Reporting to a senior management executive, you will be leading the corporate affairs team. You will be responsible for devising proactive group corporate affairs/communications and government relations strategies to effectively align the system and engaged defined internal and external stakeholders. Internal stakeholders are senior management team and employers and for external stakeholders are customers, media, government bureau and departments, politicians, district councillor, shareholders and general public. You will be providing strategic communications counselling to senior executives on emerging issues and opportunities; mitigating negative impact from any potential crisis that may risk the brand reputation; coaching and mentoring team to better construct and cultivate effective relations with government and other external key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should be a Master/Bachelor Degree holder in a related discipline, with at least 15 years of public/corporate affairs, public policy and/or regulatory affairs, government relations and corporate communications experience, 8 years of which should be at senior managerial level. You have strong network with government bureaux and policy makers and with a good judgement and sensitivity of social-political environment in Hong Kong. Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese) is mandatory. Spoken Mandarin is a plus.
