Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain good client relationship, ensure client objectives and satisfaction are met
• Media planning, proposal development, and provision of professional account services
• enveloping and implementing project strategy around social media, internal advocacy crisis programs and management
• Prepare project management and execution plan, copy writing and press releases for digital platforms
• Design effective content marketing strategies; create original, creative and engaging contents
• Work closely with internal design, web development and other client service executives to ensure delivery of quality work to client
• Work with the Account Manager to formulate and execute Digital Marketing strategies and event
• Assist on daily E-commerce platform operation

Requirements:

• University graduate in Sales and Marketing, eCommerce or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years account servicing experience in Digital, Advertising or Media agency industry
• Strong knowledge in e-marketing trends, Social media, Facebook advertising, Google Analytics, SEO and SEM
• Innovative, proactive and independent with strong business senses
• Detail oriented, with strong sense of responsibility and a good team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Knowledge in China market will be an advantage
• Familiar with Facebook advertising formats and functions would be an advantage
