Responsibilities:

• Create, organize, evaluate and implement marketing activities including but not limited to printed materials, website development, online advertising and social media campaigns
• Develop strategic marketing plans for new-business acquisition and to maximize profitability of current business
• Research and monitor market trend to gain an understanding of local business challenges
• Drive the overall brand awareness within key customer groups
• Monitor auction catalogue production and layout
• Assist in ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field
• At least 3-5 years of related marketing experience
• Active, self-motivated, aggressive with excellent interpersonal skills
• Desire to learn and take on new challenges; knowledge of the auction business would be advantageous
• Ability to work well as a team and promote team effectiveness
• Excellent command in spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese; written Chinese and English
• Proficient computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint with knowledge of PhotoShop and Illustrator would be advantageous
