Responsibilities

• To prepare quotation, tenders and gather update market data
• To co-ordinate and handle documentations for bids, both potential and existing accounts
• To prepare sales presentation and marketing material (Chinese and English)
• To manage customer relationship including attend customer meetings and feedback handling etc.
• Maintain customer and contract database
• Generate sales statistics and prepare business reports
• Work together with operations team to ensure new mountings aligned with contract obligations
• Work with finance team to facilitate accurate billings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ related working experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (Chinese & English & Mandarin)
• A good team player with positive working attitude, strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work and communicate effectively with internal / external parties
• Proficient in computer skills such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing etc.
