Responsibilities:

• Provide SME support to business and group initiatives
• Coordinate and communicate with cross function project team for project execution
• Responsible for project / portfolio status tracking and reporting throughout project lifecycle to ensure milestones are met
• Responsible for project meeting arrangement and meeting minutes preparation
• Assist in development of project documentation
• Assist to establish and maintain new project management system
• Support Other Ad Hoc duties as assigned by the superior

Requirements:

• University graduate or above
• At least 2 years relevant project management office experience
• A quick learner with the ability to work independently, be self-motivated and attentive to detail
• Proficient with MS Office in particular an advanced user of Excel and MS Project or other project management software
• Good communication skill and interpersonal skill.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese), Mandarin a plus
