Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage procurement department
• Negotiate with vendors to secure products and services for company
• Select vendor and coordinate vendor complaint
• Ensure smooth process flow within the company, which includes service to internal customers such like Production, QA, QC and warehouse
• Perform Material requirements planning
• Assist in inventory control

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Chemistry, Procurement or related subjects.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience is preferred but not essential
• Proficiency in MS Office including MS Word and Excel
• Knowledge of ERP or SAP, purchase orders, contract terms and conditions will be advantage
• Positive working attitude with strong analytical skills
• Excellent negotiation and organizing skills with ability to communicate effectively with technical disciplines both internally and externally
• Fluency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediately available preferred
