Responsibilities:

• Communicate and co-ordinate closely with the suppliers for delivery schedule and arrangement.
• Follow-up purchasing orders and delivery arrangement to overseas customer.
• Handle request for new model starting up & cost control with customers.
• Motivate and lead team members to execute daily operations efficiently.
• Prepare production schedule comparison, production capacity control, delivery improvement control, internal training workflow and manual, survey forms etc.
• Provide guidance for team members.
• Translating Japanese to/from Cantonese or English or Mandarin.

Requirements:

• Non-degree tertiary education with 3 years or above experience in procurement, preferably in electronics industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be courteous, team player, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Japanese is a must
• Familiar in using MS Office application, especially for Excel and PowerPoint
• Immediate available is highly preferred
