Responsibilities:

• To closely monitor inventory levels through manual builds and stock transfers
• To closely monitor warehouse schedules and deliveries and other logistics administration
• To review the styles and quantity delivered to each store to drive optimum sales
• To ensure the execution of markdown and promotions including stock allocation and price change
• To communicate with warehouse, stores, and IT teams to ensure merchandise delivery is dealt in an efficient manner
• To communicate with warehouse, stores, and IT teams to ensure accuracy of product data
• To communicate with UK teams via emails and conference calls to review trade and product big deals
• To follow up with UK teams on product newness and replenishment, and ensure prompt delivery
• To prepare weekly, monthly and seasonal reports required by the Merchandise Planner
• To work effectively and be a team player at all times
• To assist in other merchandise-related ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Degree in Textile/Fashion Design or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience, preferably in the fashion industry
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills
• Proactive, attentive to details and able to follow tight timeline
• Excellent command of written & spoken English & Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
