Job Description

  • Provide clerical support to the departments, e.g. data entry, filling etc.
  • Follow up purchase orders to support daily operation
  • Prepare various reports and document
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements

  • F.5 or above
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in clerical and administration works
  • Good command of Cantonese and English
  • Proficient in Chinese and English typing and MS Office
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Responsible, well-organized and attention to details
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Purchasing Clerk

 

Job location: San Po Kong
