The Job

• Maximize the sales and profits of the specialty counters of assigned areas
• Actively source operators according to various store clusters and customer profile
• Manage existing operators to achieve company target
• Provide feedbacks and feasible solutions in order to maintain a high operational standard in compliance with food safety requirements
• Develop consistent fresh standards in all stores and establish appropriate training program for specialty counters
• Merchandise display effectively and meet the standard of quality
• Implement policies and procedures of special counters

The Person

• Degree holder in Operations Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in retail operations or food industry in supervisory level
• Experience in running food hall, food counters, food event hall or catering will be an advantage
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Willing to work in different locations / stores besides office
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Category Manager or Category supervisor

Free shuttle service will be provided at Tuen Mun, Kwai Chung, Shatin, Wong Tai Sin, Kwun Tong, Causeway Bay, North Point and Aberdeen to facilitate transportation to Tseng Kwan O.
