Responsibilities:

• Responsible for purchase merchandise, food or non-food at the optimum combination on cost, quality, service, availability, reliability, and selection variety
• Handle daily purchasing order independently
• Monitor and liaise with suppliers to ensure performance, pricing, quality and on-time delivery
• Coordinate with Finance department to ensure timely payment
• Monitor and report purchasing savings, logistics costs & compliance
  
• Work closely with authorized vendors/ suppliers and internal clients

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related discipline
• 1-3 years of Purchasing experience in F&B industry is preferred. Fresh graduates with passion on F&B industry will also be considered.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications especially in Words and Excel
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
