Responsibilities

• Manage a small team to follow up all aspects of customers’ requests starting from sourcing, development, sampling to bulk production;
• Closely liaise with customers, factories and internal team to ensure development through production procedures and quality issues are running smooth and meet deadline
• Negotiate the best price with customers, sourcing agents and factories;
• Achieve the sales target and other KPIs
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in Textile and Apparel Preferred
• At least 10 years’ solid experience in merchandising field in handling FASHION HANDBAG  and/or ACCESSORIES from medium to medium-high product.
• Familiar with BOTH UK and US MARKET
• Good sense on fashion design and with concept of tooling manufacturing for prints and trims
• Hard working, well organized, proactive team and result-oriented, flexible and be capable to follow up client's requirements independently and effectively
• Attentive to details and problem solving mindset is prerequisite
• Sound PC skills – Word Processing, Excel and Power Point
• Fluency in both written and oral English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience can be considered as Assistant Manager
