A leading professional hearing centre in TST is seeking an applicant for the post of :

 

Assistant Customer Relationship Manager

 

l   University Graduate in any discipline

l   Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer services, preferably in retail industry

l   Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching skills and service mindset

l   Passion, proactive, highly self-motivated with positive attitude

l   Customer-focused with strong analytical and problem-solving skill

l   Presentable and able to perform independently in a fast pace environment and under pressure

l   Good command of both written spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

l   Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinses Word Processing

l   Immediate availability is preferred

 

Responsibilities 

 

l   To define and implement effective customer service standards and processes to enhance customer service experience and satisfaction to achieve company goals

l   Keep abreast of market development and best practices in customer service and propose new initiatives to Management to elevate customer service standards

l   Coach, manage and develop a successful team to operate the daily customer service 

l   Improve productivity and service quality of the team through training and performance monitoring 

l   To ensure quality customer services are delivered

l   Handling customer inquiries and complaints

l   Assist in preparing the CS handbook / guideline to ensure high quality service and customer satisfaction

l   Ability to streamline processes such as organizing and writing common questions to FAQs

l   Closely support the front-line operations for day-to-day customer inquires

l   Analyze customer feedback and provide value-added recommendation to excel overall service level

l   Assist in Marketing and promotional activities
