Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To handle customer enquiries and complaints received via email, live chats and social media platform from international markets
- Ensure customer queries and feedback are quickly and effectively resolved with courtesy
- Able to work on shift including weekends and public holidays with compensated leave
- Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by the Management
Job Requirements:
- Good spoken and written English
- With working experience in handling customer enquiries via email / live chats / social platform is an advantage
- Good PC knowledge and typing skills
- Independent, self-initiated and well-organized
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills is essential
- Excellent service attitude with good interpersonal, communication and team skills
- 5.5 days work: 06:00-15:00 (Mon-Fri) & 06:00-10:00 (Sat.)
