Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customers’ inquiries by phone/email and follow-ups maintenance service orders
- Well-understanding the client’s need and respond promptly
- Provide clerical and administrative duties to Professional Service Department
- Responsible for the contract renew and maintain a long term relationship between the company and customers
- Coordinate with internal parties and Clients to ensure a smooth implementation of services
- Ad hoc duties assigned by manager
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Customer Service or relevant discipline
- At least 2 years customer service experience in engineering / telecommunication
- With Avaya / Cisco / Ruckus / Aruba / Juniper products knowledge is an advantage
- Good command of English and Chinese, Mandarin is highly preferred
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal skill
- Willing to learn, strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese Word processing
- Immediately available
