Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 training and group class exercises with excitement,
• Develop and Customize personal training programs to achieve client’s fitness goals,
• Update and review clients’ measurement records weekly,
• Establish and maintain good relationship with new and existing members,
• Focus on targets and achieve monthly KPI’s,
• Maintain the Club’s facilities and ensure the safe use of equipment,
• Handle and resolve client disputes & complaints and liaise with Club Manager,
• Consult with and tour clients around the club,
• Explain membership details and benefits to clients when required,
• Provide outstanding customer service and deliver an excellent membership experiences to all members.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-year experience with a valid personal training certificate, CPR and First Aid certificate,
• Able to create a personal training program depending on your client’s goals,
• Friendly, Energetic, and out-going personality.
• Good command of English and Cantonese. Mandarin is an advantage but not mandatory,
• Excellent customer service,
• Self motivated, well organized and responsible,
