Job Summary

To provide the front line support for all the on-site order fulfillment activities in the subcontracted warehouse in Kwai Hing.

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

• ŸŸŸCoordinate with distribution team in head office for export license / CO application if required
• ŸCreate shipment and perform packing transaction in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• ŸPrepare all the shipping documents required for forwarder booking
• ŸMake booking and coordinate with forwarder for shipment pick up
• ŸŸRMA processing and transactions in WMS
• ŸŸInvestigate and resolve shipment issue, initiate insurance claim process if necessary
• ŸDaily communication with CSR in Bienne and Miami
• ŸAnnual physical inventory
• ŸParticipate monthly warehouse operation review

Requirements

• Post-secondary education
• At least 3 years experience in customer service/logistics/supply chain.
• Knowledge and previous experience working with SAP
• Good command of both English and Chinese.
• Customer oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, able to work independently and under pressure.
