Job Duties:

• Handle Full set Import and Export Shipping documents
• To liaise with freight forwarders & 3PL for shipment, transportation arrangements and price negotiation
• TradeLink I/E declaration
• Data entry and document filing
• Perform related logistics ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• At least 2 years relevant experience in shipping / logistics / storage operation with 3PL
• Proficiency in using MS office including Chinese Word Processing, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Knowledge in TradeLink declaration in advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English , Chinese and Mandarin
• Well organized, responsible, self-motivated, hard-working, efficient and can work under pressure
• Ability to handle multi-task
• Immediately available / Short notice is highly preferred
