Job Requirements

• HKDSE/Form 5 with certificate
• 3 years relevant experience in full set of shipping documents
• Previous experience in online booking, preferably for EU market
• Pleasant and mature personality, able to work independently
• Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Background from trading or manufacturing company is required
• Good computer knowledge in using MS Word and Excel
• Immediate available will be a great advantage 

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of I/E documents with China factory and customers
• Handle tradelink declaration
• Preparing delivery documents
