Goldbeam International Limited (Jinhui Group) is a leading shipowner, ship management, and ship operator in Handysize shipping sector, with a fleet of 23 modern drybulk vessels operating worldwide. We are now looking for high calibre individual to join our Chartering Department in Hong Kong.

Chartering Executive

You are required to assist the Department Head to handle chartering related activities.

Key Responsibilities including but not limited to:

1. Collection of chartering market information and tonnage open position, circulation of company's fleet position and tonnage order
2. Evaluation of market tonnage for charter-in operation, and running the voyage calculation for the cargo orders and COA
3. Negotiation and fixing of main terms and charter party details for the voyage and charter under Department Head's direction/instruction
4. Data entry in voyage calculation program and generation of the voyage after fixing
5. Liaison with ship operators for execution of the charter

Requirements:

1. University graduates in Shipping or equivalent
2. Minimium 2 years relevant experience in global chartering, good knowledge in ship operations will be an advantage
3. Excellent command of English and Putonghua, and good marketing skills and connection with cargo sources and shipowners preferred
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, reporting and analytical skills
5. Ability to communicate with international charterers, owners and shipbrokers
6. Proficiency in Word and Excel
7. Self-motivated, independent, attentive to details, able to work under pressure and multi-tasks
