We are recruiting candidates for worldwide luxurious brands in Fashion and Watch & Jewelry. To cope with their business expansion and store openings, we are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for warehousing management including logistic arrangement, distribution arrangement for HK local market  
• To develop and maintaining an efficient & effective operations; leading warehousing staff to provide services and support for Sales team & customer services ordering t Security comes first: ensure security of goods and teams
• Manage all processes and procedures involved in warehousing and delivery functions, including physical goods receiving, quality and quantity checking, system update, space re-allocation, orders handling, value added service handling, cycle count and stock take, etc.
• Monitor delivery vendors to ensure on-time delivery without discrepancy or damage.
• Provide warehousing / delivery support for different promotional projects / special requests / new business initiatives.

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated or above
• At least 3-4 years management experience in leading a team of warehousing and delivery.
• Excellent people management skills to build and develop an efficient team
• Good leadership skills to lead and drive team for operations excellence
• Ability to maximize resources and prioritize the tasks
• Continuous improvement oriented and open minded
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge in ERP ERP and WMS system and familiar with purchasing and inventory management system; Advance level in MS Excel (V-look up, Pivot Table) 
• Good in English and Cantonese
• Familiar with order processing, import and re-export arrangement
