The Product/Tech Support Specialist will be required to provide product support across both the Focusrite and Novation product ranges to regional distributors, re-sellers and end-users. The role will also require frequent liaison with our global support teams based out of the UK and USA to provide seamless tech support to global customers in a timely and precise manner.   

The following requirements should be fulfilled to qualify for this role:

• Prior experience working with pro-audio, recording and music production equipment at a professional level combined with the ability to systematically problem solve technical issues.
• Strong knowledge of computer based music production software including: Ableton Live, ProTools, Cubase, Reaper, Reason, Studio One.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) to a high standard is required.
• Must have experience with MIDI based music production tools and controllers.
• University matriculated preferably in electronics, music or audio/video production related degrees. We will also consider candidates with quantifiable experience within our industry.
• The role may require some regional travel.
• Able to deal with customers in a polite, patient and helpful manner.
